Rapid Risk Factor Surveillance System (RRFSS) Survey

If you are over 18 years old and live in Brantford or Brant County, you may be randomly selected to participate in the RRFSS survey.

RRFSS is a voluntary survey that takes approximately 10 minutes to complete and asks questions about chronic diseases, nutrition, physical activity, tobacco use and other health issues.

Surveyors from the Institute for Social Research at York University (in Toronto) are sending letters to Brant residents to ask for participation in the telephone or online RRFSS surveys.

 A. If you receive a letter about the telephone survey, you will then be getting a phone call from the surveyors, during which a respondent from your household may be selected for the survey.

B. If you receive a letter about the online survey, then anyone from your household aged 18 or older may respond to the survey following the instructions in the letter.

Survey results help us determine health-related trends in Brantford and Brant County, and make decisions about the programs and services we offer to our residents. We thank you in advance for your cooperation.
