Healthy Aging

We help older adults, seniors, and their caregivers by connecting them to community programs, services, and information.

Most falls can be prevented. Talk to your doctor if you are afraid of falling or if you had a slip, trip or fall in the last six months, even if you were not hurt.

Complete the falls prevention questionnaire and discuss the results with your doctor.
