The Brant County Health Unit's Travel Immunization Clinic offers personalized risk assessments, on-site immunizations and prescriptions for preventative medications to keep you safe when you travel.
All travelers must fill out a travel questionnaire before booking an appointment.
You can receive a copy of the questionnaire by email, mail or pick one up at the health unit.
To get a copy of the questionnaire, please contact us at least four to six weeks prior to your departure date.
Send a copy of your previous immunizations with the questionnaire.
Once we have received the questionnaire and immunization record we will call to book an appointment.
- Our clinics are held once a week.
- We provide counselling and administer all vaccines at our office.
Travel health advice is not available over the phone.
Please be advised that OHIP does not cover Travel services. Travelers must pay for clinic fees and administered vaccines at the time of the appointment. Payment can be made in the forms of cash, debit, Visa and Mastercard.
