Sometimes immunizations are missed…
Interruption of the recommended schedule may happen due to missed appointments, an illness or for other reasons. This does not mean you have to start the vaccine series over, no matter much time has gone by. However, all children and adults should receive the missed vaccinations to complete the appropriate schedule for their current age.
