The Driven To Quit Challenge is a province-wide contest designed to help individuals who smoke set a quit date, prepare themselves to quit, and stop smoking for at least one month.  The goal of this contest is to offer incentives that will help individuals make the decision to quit, as well as gain the support they need to stay smoke-free. 
 
Increase your chances of quitting smoking by:
    Calling the Canadian Cancer Society Smokers’ Helpline at 1 877 513-5333 or by visiting www.smokershelpline.ca.

    Registering with the Brant County Health Unit Quit Clinic.  Individual counselling and Nicotine Replacement Therapy (patch or gum) are available for eligible participants.  Call 519-753-4937 ext. 259 to register.
